My name is JoAnna and I am the owner of Rain City Brows. I started Rain City Brows in June 2017 after a lifelong obsession with all things brows! Even before the brow craze of today, I was always passionate about beautiful, symmetrical brows that frame and compliment the face. I love what I do and will dedicate every single second I have with you to creating the most perfect brow for YOU. My clients are involved in the process every step of the way.
